* Martin I. Price - President, CEO
Founder of www.WeBuyHouses.com, America’s premier lead generation organization for investors and Realtors, Mr. Price was also founding President of Resort Condominiums International (RCI), the world's original and most successful timeshare exchange organization; Former Vice President, (ARDA) American Resort Developers Association and Chairman of the Realty Connexion (TRC).

Mr. Price attended Catholic University Law School in Washington D.C. and currently is a business marketing advisor to attorneys and Law Firms. He has served on, or is currently a director on the boards of Chevron Sierra Corp, Residential & Resort Associates Inc, Investment Corporation of the Virginias, Mid-Missouri Corporation, The First American Corp and Florida Atlantic Development Corp.

* Leon-Lee Roberts - Senior Vice President
Adjunct professor at Everest University (Formerly Florida Metropolitan University), he lectures in Internet Law and Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Public Relations, International Marketing, Advertising and other business related courses.

He holds an MBA in Marketing, MS in E-Commerce, and BS in Management and Accounting. He is an expert in Strategic Planning, Internet Marketing, Motivation and Leadership Skills. He is a Google Adwords Professional and Yahoo Ambassador.

* Ryan Walker - Vice President, Search Engine Management
A graduate of Google University and “AdCenter Certified”, Mr. Walker was formerly a Google and Urchin Employee/Associate, and later a MicroSoft Business Development Specialist who managed their PPC and SEO! Experienced in all aspects of search engine marketing, Pay-Per-Click administration, Google beta testing, Google Gadget ads, and Google PPD (Pay-Per-Action).

Mr. Walker develops, tests, and analyzes keywords, descriptions, bidding strategies and landing page URLs to maximize results, drive volume, and reach company targets.

* Pierre Germaine - Vice President, Chief Information Officer
Formerly CIO of Highspeed Networks, Inc., and Accelerated Broadband, Inc. as well as IT consultant to TekSystems and ECI Telecom, Inc.

Mr. Germaine brings to RiteLawyer.com a strong depth of knowledge in Operating Systems, Server Systems and Applications and provides strategic insight to develop long and short term executon plans for expanding search campaigns, added benefits for subscribers and new development.

* Charles Sonneborn - Vice President, Marketing / Public Relations

Formerly Executive Director of several Societies and National Associations (including the American College of Eye Surgeons),  Mr. Sonneborn also served as public relations or government relations officer of such diverse entities as Blue Shield Association, National Association of Businessmen, and the Department of Housing & Urban Development.  Prior to becoming the Vice President of the United States, Mr. Sonneborn was Press Secretary to Senator Fritz Mondale.  Corporate information expert, administrator and author (“The Time Has Come”), Mr. Sonneborn serves as senior advisor to the Board.

* Elaine Cannon - Vice President, HR & Account Management

Ms. Cannon, assists he Team in “back office” functions, including Database Management, and oversees financial reporting requirements and the bookkeeping and human resources departments.

* Rob Page - Manager, Design & Development

Mr. Page has over 10 years of website development experience. Working with several startup companies in the late 90’s, Rob built and designed some of the first automated websites on the internet. Specializing in website design and flash development, Rob has led multiple teams on various sized projects for hundreds of businesses across the globe. Over the years he has acquired invaluable skills in website development and management, website programming, internet marketing and search engine optimization.
